摘要：A method, a system, a server, and a client for transmitting media burst data aredisclosed herein. The method includes: grouping all clients in a session into a first sessiongroup and a second session group; forwarding the media burst data to the clients in thefirst session group; and sending the media burst data to the clients in the second sessiongroup through the clients in the first session group. The system includes a PoC server,and the PoC server includes: a grouping module, adapted to group all clients in a sessioninto a first session group and a second session group; a media burst data forwardingmodule, adapted to forward the received media burst data to the clients in the firstsession group. The clients in the first session group are adapted to: receive the mediaburst data sent by the PoC server, and forward the media burst data to the clients in thesecond session group. Through the technical solution under the present invention, thenumber of times of forwarding media burst data from the PoC server is reduced, and theload of the PoC server is relieved.
