The idea conveyed by the cartoon is apparent that some people put their duties as their promises in order to acquire immoral benefits. Personally, I advocate that special care must be taken to ensure an honest competition system.
On the one hand, the regulations should be adopted by the authorities to punish the false promise makers. On the other hand, the businessmen should remember the old saying, “Honesty is the best policy”. Only through these attempts can our nation have an honest market system. 【参考译文】

The idea conveyed by the cartoon is apparent that the harmony of Chinese and Western cultures can make the world colorful and attracting. First of all, with the reform and opening-up in recent decades in China, countless people from different countries who accept and love the Chinese culture have been deeply fascinated by Chinese culture. In addition, it can not be denied that the Chinese people are also exposed to foreign cultures when more foreign people come to this oriental country. As a consequence, not only should Chinese culture be well shared with foreign people showing their enthusiasm towards China, but also we should understand foreign cultures better.
