PDhange ViXCewF-erClick to buy .doNOWw.ccu-trackom!wwPDhange ViXCewF-erClick to buy .doNOWw.ccu-trackom!ww适用范围CM1系列塑料外壳式断路器(以下简称断路器),是本公司采用国际先进设计、制造技术研制、开发的新型断路器之一。其额定绝缘电压为800V,适用于交流50Hz,额定工作电压690V及以下,(CM1-63为400V),额定工作电流至800A的电路中作不频繁转换及电动机保护(CM1-800无电动机保护型)之用。断路器具有过载、短路和欠电压保护功能,能保护线路和电源设备不受损坏。

断路器按照其额定极限短路分断能力(Icu)的高低、分为C型(基本型)、L型(标准型)、M型(较高分断型)、H型(高分断型)四类。该断路器具有体积小、分断高、飞弧短(部分规格零飞弧)、抗振动等特点,并通过了核工业条件(1E级)试验和船舶条件的试验,成为国产产品中唯一能用于核工业基地的产品,更是陆地及船舶使用的理想产品。

本断路器可垂直安装(即竖装),亦可水平安装(即横装)。

本断路器具有隔离功能,其相应的符号为:本断路器产品执行下列标准:

本断路器获国家强制性产品认证“CCC”标志和德国“TUV”(莱茵)公司“CE”认证。

CMlseriesmouldedcasebreakers(hereafterrefferedtoassimplybreakers)areoneofthenewtypebreakerswhichhavebeendevelopedbythecompanyusinginternationaladvanceddesignandmanufacturingtechnology.Theratedinsulationvoltageofthebreakersis800V,suitableforturn-onorturn-offnotfrequentlyandstartingamotornotfrequentlyinthecircuitofAC50Hz,ratedworkingvoltage690Vorbelow(CMl-63is400V)-ratedworkingcurrentupto800A(CM1-800ismotorprotection-free).Thebreakershaveoverload,short-circuitandundervoltageprotectiondevices.soastoprotectthecircuitandthepowerequipmentagainstdamage.

Thebreakers.accordingtotheratedmaximalvaluetoshort-circuitbreakingability(Icu),wouldbeclassifiedfourkindstypesC(basictype),L(typica1type),M(secondhighbreakingtype)andH(highbreakingtype).Thebreakersareofthefollowingcharacteristics:compactsize,highbreakingability,shortarc-overdistance(someofthe“0”arc-overdistance)andshakeproof.Theyalsoundergothetestsofnuclearindustryconditions(1Egrade)andshipconditions,andbecometheonlyproductusinginnuclearindustrybaseamongthesameproductsmadeinthecountry,furturemorebecometheidealproductsappliedonlandorships.

Thebreakerscouldbeinstalledvertically(upright)orhorizontally(transverse).

Thebreakerhasdisconnectingfunction,itscorrespondingsymbolisshownas“”.

ThebreakerispermittedtousetheCCCmarkingofCQCandCEmarkingissuedbyTUVRheinlandofGermany.

适用工作环境断路器可在周围空气温度为-5℃~+40℃条件下运行(大于+40℃至+60℃降容使用见表7);海拔2000m及以下;

安装地点的空气相对湿度在最高温度为+40℃时不超过50%,在较低温度下可以有较高的相对湿度,例如20℃时达90%。对由于温度变化偶尔产生的凝露应采取特殊措施;污染等级为3级;

断路器主电路及欠电压脱扣器安装类别为Ⅲ,其余辅助电路、控制电路安装类别为Ⅱ;断路器适用于电磁环境A;

断路器能耐受潮湿空气、盐雾、油雾、霉菌、核工业环境的影响;

断路器安装的最大倾斜度为±22.5°;

断路器在受到船舶正常振动时能可靠工作;断路器在受到地震情况下(4g)能可靠工作;

断路器应安装在无爆炸危险和无导电尘埃、无足以腐蚀金属和破坏绝缘的地方;

断路器应安装在没有雨雪侵袭的地方。

Ambienttemperature:-5℃~+40℃(Ifthetemperatureisbetween+40℃and+60℃,pleaseseetable7).Elevation≤2000m.

Relativehumidity:notexceeding50%atthemaximumambienttemperatureof+40℃.Withlowertemperature,higherhumiditywouldbepermitted,butthelowestaveragetemperatureinamonthnotexceeding+25℃duringthemostmoistmoth,andthemaximummonthlyaveragerelativehumiditynotexceeding90%inthatmonth,andgivingconsiderationtothedewsonthegoodssurface,whichwouldappearduetotemperaturechange.Pollutionprotection:3grade.

Installingcategories:Ⅲforbreakers'maincircuits,coilsofundervoltagereleaseandprimarycircuitoftrainsformers;Ⅱforotherauxiliarycircuitsandcontrolcircuit.BesuitableinelectromagneticenvironmentA.
