城镇弱势群体子女学前教育现状研究

【摘要】随着城镇弱势群体现在越来越受到全社会的关注,与弱势群体有关的一些事情也引起人们的广泛关注,其中城镇弱势群体子女的学前教育现状就是其中很重要的一个方面。本文以辽宁省本溪满族自治县的一些家托及收费较低的幼儿园为调查对象,来探讨有关城镇弱势群体子女的学前教育现状以及解决这种现状的建议和策略,即转变观念,保证教育公平;建立健全相关法律法规及政策,严格监督执法情况;增加教育投入,加大扶持力度;加大对家托及社区幼儿园的管理力度以及借鉴国外有益的实践经验。

Study on the Status of urban disadvantaged groups of pre-school children

【Abstract】With the urban disadvantaged groups is becoming increasingly concerned by the whole society, something related to disadvantaged groups is also a cause for widespread concern, including pre-school children of urban status of disadvantaged groups is a very important aspect.In the paper,I will use some kindergartens which charged less than some other kingdergartens and some home kindergartens in Benxi County,Liaoning Province as the examples,in order to explore the pre-school children of urban disadvantaged groups to address the situation and the status of recommendations and strategies, that change ideas, to ensure educational equity; establish and improve relevant laws,regulations and policies, strict law
enforcement supervision; increase investment in education, and increasing support; to increase home and community care management efforts, as well as kindergarten learn useful practical experience in and abroad.
