摘要：The present invention provides a steering wheel that is covered by an electricheat coating layer through simple process of applying electric heat paint on the surfaceof the rim. According to the invention, it is facilitated to manufacture a steering wheelhaving a heat-generating function, so that manufacturing cost can be saved and
