Good afternoon, examiners. Thank you very much for giving me this interview. M is , Zhangping, Fujian. He is a fresh graduate majoring in human resources this year. Both bachelor's degree and master's degree graduated major of University.
I came here for the following reasons:
First, strong prehensiveness and prehensive ability. Although my major is ideological and cation, what we have learned is not only the relevant theoretical works of Marxism, but also the relevant theoretical knowledge of management, psychology and law. The major has prehensiveness, which makes me have prehensive ability and petent for the post of administrative personnel assistant.
Second, study hard and have strong learning ability. During my university and graduate school years, my grades have always been relatively high, and I have won national inspirational scholarships and first-class Graduate Scholarships.
Third, rich student work experience. When I was in school, I used to be a student cadre such as monitor, League branch secretary and Party branch secretary for a long time. These student work experiences enable me to have a strong team spirit, service awareness and munication, organization and coordination ability, so that I can give full play to my advantages plex personnel administration work.
Fourth, my character is optimistic, generous and steady. He is a patient and careful person who works seriously and responsibly. This is one of the qualities that administrative personnel assistants need most.
