今天为了考验我在学校外贸函电学的怎么样，办公室经历让我写了封函电，我一紧张，大脑一篇空白，心想要是写错了，那以后还怎么见人啊!但是还好，很快就冷静下来了，想想平时在学校学的东西，一边拿来纸和笔，经过十几分钟的深思熟虑，终于写下了如下文章：

We have the pleasure of acknowledging your letter of Nov.4, contents of which have duly noted.
For your information, our product should be packed in cartons and this cartons must be fit for ocean transporttion.As for the strapping used for binding the cartons, it is hoped that you will use plastic strpping as it is light,strong and easy to be disposed of.
If the above is acceptable to you, please reply as soon as possible. We sincerely hope that we can start a concerete transaction to our munual benefit.
