QC是Quality Center 的缩写.
A Releaserepresent a group of changes in an application ,which are ready for distribution at the same time.
在Quality Center中，人们常常需要辨析Cycle 和Release，这里的Cycle的释义为：
A cyclerepresents a development and QA cycle based on the project timeline. 1.client广播discover报文寻找dhcp服务器
2.dhcp-server回复offer报文
3.clinet正式发送request报文请求地址
4.server回复ack
这是整个dhcp获取ip地址的基本流程
但是在某些情况下client在获取dhcp-server给其分配的地址后会放弃该地址，
此时，client主动放弃地址就会向dhcp发送release报文解约。
