In order to learn english, you must read a lot of books.Through this you can learn a lot of vocabulary and unique sentences.Then, u must participate in the grammer camp or activities. It is the best and quickest way for you to master english.there u will learn lots of rules and mistake you will done accidentally, therefore you gained by joining it.Talking to foreign will not help you since they will not correct your mistake.你说要写英文的看不懂再留言我

read aloud - Reading practises your sense of the language. Personally I think this is more important and effective than learing a lot of ll grammer.
Listen to BBC or VOA or watch English speaking movies. You learn English and at the mean time you have fun!
Talk to foreigners in English.

You can read more English books. And some books you have read, you can translate them into English.
Listen to Englishi tapes, English songs. If you can , you can sing these English songs.
Speak more. Speak to some foriegners. You can make an English speach.
Ask to sb. Some people know English words well, some people know English sentences very well, some people can write English articles very well. Ask them how to do that.
