However, others think that it’s just the reverse. Technology makes peopleuse less face-to-face communication. The contact in real life is less and less.People do less interaction to each other. In the long term, people will getdepressed without enough communication.

But hardly so with technology;we do not havethe option of refusing to hear the sonic boom produced by a supersonicaircraft-flying overhead; we do not have the option of refusing to breathepolluted air. Unlike science, progress in technology must be our slave and notthe reverse. The legitimate purpose of technology is to serve peopie--people ingeneral, not merely some people; and future generations, not merely those whopresently wish to gain advantage for themselves.
We are all familiar with the abuses of technology. Many people blametechnology itself for widespread pollution, resource depletion and even socialdecay in general--so much so that the promise of technology is obscured. The last technology is cellphone. Nowadays, many people have a cellphone.But it just appears on the market for about 10 years. It is very convenience tothe users because we can talk to anyone we want with a phone as small as awallet. Also, we can communicate with others by making a phone call instead ofsending letters. It is very fast and useful way to communicate.
